Overview
I built a documentary-led content campaign designed to do one job: create proof of FSC’s capability at scale and turn it into an evergreen asset for future work.
Goal
Capture operational excellence (build → delivery → pack-down) and package it into a case study that supports tenders, pitches, and partner credibility.
Outcome
Delivered a mini-documentary + teaser rollout + partner/vendor amplification system, positioning FSC as a premium large-scale events operator.
What I owned
Strategy: two-track plan (DSLR documentary + phone social rollout)
Production: concept, briefing, narrative direction, edit workflow + sign-off
Interviews: structure + delivery with key team members
Stakeholders: coordination with Enable and partner groups for approvals/distribution
Vendor activation: comms + amplification plan for 70+ vendors
Distribution: teaser-to-drop rollout (LinkedIn/IG/FB/TikTok) with CTAs to YouTube
Business development: outreach templates (partners/vendors/press/clients) + publication pitching
Web: integration brief to embed the film as a case study on FSC’s site
